Refund and Returns Policy

Return Eligibility & Process at Progain Nutrition

Products are eligible for return within 14 days from the delivery date if:

  • They remain unused, unopened, and sealed in their original packaging.
  • All original tags and labels are intact.

Special Conditions: For issues such as Wrong Item Delivered, Damaged Item in Box (where the shipping box is undamaged), or Missing Items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the delivery with images or videos of the packaging and product. The general 14-day return policy does not apply in these cases.

Tip: Record an unboxing video to provide helpful evidence for these claims.

Items Not Eligible for Return (except for manufacturing defects):

  • Workout equipment and accessories

Cases Not Eligible for Return:

  • Used or opened items
  • Complaints related to taste, health concerns, etc. (consult a nutritionist or the brand directly)
  • Items with tampered scratch codes or serial numbers
  • Freebies sent without the primary item purchased
  • Individual items from a combo pack

Rest assured that Progain Nutrition fulfills and ships all orders directly from our warehouse, without any third-party sellers. This guarantees 100% authentic products. For additional verification, you can contact the brand’s customer support with the batch number and product images.

Progain Nutrition receives new stock from brands and official importers weekly to avoid selling near-expiry products. For products with an 18-month+ shelf life, less than 4 months remaining qualifies as “near expiry.” For products with a 12-18 month shelf life, less than 2 months remaining is considered “near expiry.” If close-to-expiry products are sold, they will be clearly labeled as such, typically under clearance or special offers.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email using the contact form on our Help Center page, including relevant images or videos to support your claim.

 

Once your return is approved, a courier partner will be assigned to pick up the product, with further instructions provided. Securely package the item to prevent damage during return shipping.

 

Locate the item in My Orders to view the status of your return or refund.

If the shipping box appears damaged or tampered with, or lacks Progain Nutrition-branded tape, you can reject the package upon delivery (including prepaid orders) and contact us immediately for resolution.

In the rare event that you receive a delivery notification, yet the package hasn’t arrived, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the notification. This allows us to promptly work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Refunds are issued within 3 business days of approval. However, your bank may take an additional 7 business days to process and reflect the refund.
